During our visit to Mayo Clinic in Rochester last week, we walked through hallways shaped by more than 150 years of medical excellence, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. Seeing Mayo’s history up close was both humbling and inspiring.

What stood out most for us were Mayo’s core values: Humanity, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, and Excellence. You feel them in every building and process designed around one guiding principle: “The needs of the patient come first.”
